01. Acceptance of Purchase & Service

By browsing, creating an account, or purchasing flash-frozen items from Cavem Cooks (accessible via cavemcooks.in or associated subdomains), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions along with our Privacy Policy and Cancellation & Refund Policy. If you do not accept these provisions, please refrain from using our ordering platform.

02. Product Perishability & Proper Storage Obligations

All items distributed by Cavem Cooks—including chicken sausages, cured salami, dumplings, and breaded items—are raw or par-cooked flash-frozen consumables requiring uninterrupted storage at or below -18°C:

• Storage Responsibility: Once handed over to the customer, the duty of maintaining proper freezer temperature transfers entirely to the recipient. Cavem Cooks is not liable for spoilage arising from domestic freezer defrost cycles, prolonged room exposure, or improper thawing.
• Cooking Guidelines: Breaded cuts and momos should be prepared directly from the frozen state without thawing, following standard deep-fry or air-fry temperature benchmarks (175°C - 180°C).

03. Order Slots, Dispatch & Doorstep Acceptance

Deliveries are executed via temperature-controlled delivery vans in designated morning and evening transit slots:

• Recipient Availability: Due to dry-ice evaporation and ambient temperatures, parcel delivery drivers cannot leave cold-chain packages unattended at gates, security guard cabins, or open balconies without direct customer consent.
• Delivery Failure: If the delivery attempt fails due to customer non-availability or unreachability on the provided phone number, the shipment returns to our sub-zero hub. Redelivery will require a standard handling fee of ₹99.

04. Pricing, Minimum Orders & Billing

All prices displayed across our category catalog and product pages are inclusive of applicable GST unless explicitly stated otherwise:

• We reserve the right to revise pricing or product availability based on market wholesale cuts and poultry sourcing without prior individual notice.
• In the rare event an item goes out of stock after order confirmation, our culinary concierge will notify you on WhatsApp to offer a substitute cut or an instant refund.

05. Allergen Declarations & Halal Compliance

All poultry items supplied by Cavem Cooks are strictly 100% Halal certified and prepared under compliant sanitary conditions. Please note that products are packed in a facility that also processes dairy, wheat, soy, and shellfish. Customers with severe dietary allergies must review packaging allergen labels prior to consumption.

06. Jurisdiction & Legal Governance

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any unresolved dispute, arbitration, or legal claim arising from your use of this service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in New Delhi, India.
